Charmaine is a multi-certified and licensed cosmetic tattoo artist based in Michigan. She specializes in Ombré Powder Brows, Lash Lift and Tints, as well as Fine Line Tattooing. After discovering the art of permanent makeup, Charmaine became passionate for brows and decided to pursue her own certification as a Beauty Angels artist through world renowned Beauty Angels Academy.

Charmaine’s ultimate goal is to enhance her clients’ natural brow features, leaving them feeling more confident and beautiful. She is always expanding her knowledge and skills via continued education so you can trust her to keep up with the latest techniques. 

Outside of permanent makeup, Charmaine has a background in graphic design and photography whose skills are showcased within Mei Aesthetics Co. branding. With her keen eye for design and strong attention to detail, Charmaine strives to give all her clients a unique, customized look best suited to each individual’s face shape and features.
