booking
All clients may book an appointment here. New clients interested in powder brows must send a photo of their brows to 248-457-5121 for approval before booking. Please send a clear photo of your brows or lips in natural lighting with no makeup or filter. Once approved, you will be sent a link to book for the appointment.
If you have previous permanent makeup, your brows must also be approved before making a correction or cover up appointment.
touch ups
Touch ups are reserved for EXISTING clients only. Previous work will need to be approved before booking an appointment. In some cases, removal may be required.
cancellation, no show, late policy
All appointments require a 72 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit.
If you miss your appointment without notification, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you are running late or cannot make the appointment due to unforseen circumstances, please text or call me ASAP.
If you are running more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
deposit
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. This will go toward the service.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to another appointment if rescheduled within 72 hours. Rescheduling is only allowed ONE time. Another deposit will be required if you reschedule more than once and the original deposit will be forfeited.
payment methods
Deposits will be made online. The remaining balance due has to be paid through cash, zelle, apple pay, or venmo.
Credit or debit cards are accepted, but will be charged a 3% proccessing fee. No checks.
refunds
All services and deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE.
